Our core mission of protecting our investment partners’ capital begins with our sole focus on multifamily properties. The firm’s strategy focuses on improving Class B & C apartment communities in secondary and tertiary markets nationwide. Historically, multifamily has been the least volatile real estate asset class during downturns while still offering strong upside potential during upturns. Within multifamily, Class B & C provides one of the most attractive investment opportunities due to the imbalance between the strong and growing demand and limited new supply of these units.

Our approach to acquiring and managing real estate is modeled on the successes of our investment experiences. Real estate investment is the cornerstone of consistent wealth. Multifamily investments generate ongoing passive income with a focus on appreciation over time through added value. Real estate is a physical asset that can always be monetized by renting, selling, or refinancing the property, irrespective of financial market conditions. This makes real estate a far more stable investment compared to stocks and bonds that are highly susceptible to the day to day fluxes in the market. Furthermore, within the real estate investment space, multifamily assets have proven to be the safest asset class.

Jeffery sits on the board of a Credit Union and has worked in the financial industry w/ General Motors for over 10 years. He has also spent those years focused on building relationships and conflict resolution which allows him to use those master negotiating skills to create win-win investment opportunities for the investors he works with.

Glenda has been in the Real Estate industry for almost 20 years and has been involved in over 100 Real Estate transactions. She parlayed this experience as she entered into the Multifamily space focusing on finding great off market opportunities to share with her network of investors.
